“I dedicate my donation on behalf of my little sister Maria, also known as Chuyita. She was born blind and developmentally challenged. I come from a strong baseball family—we bleed Dodger blue, and I know if she were to comprehend the game it would be one more person cheering or yelling at the TV when an opponent run scores against our team. It is so difficult to not have her involved in activities with us because she is like a baby in a grown person’s body.
